During your first massage session, there will be an initial intake where Irvin will get to know you, your health history and what you would like to get out of your sessions.  Irvin will then leave the room to wash his hands while you undress to your level of comfort and get between the sheets on the massage table.  Some people choose to get completely undressed while others choose not to take any clothing off.  In either case there is plenty of work that Irvin can do and you will always be properly draped.

During the session Irvin will check in with you regarding pressure, music, temperature, and comfort in draping.  Please feel free to speak up at any time and let Irvin know if there is anything you would like him to do differently.  Remember this is your time and the session should be accommodating you please speak up if you have any questions, concerns or requests.
